Owner & President: Nathan Kerr
Nathan has been in the construction/remodeling business for 16 years and has managed property for over 10 years. Nathan attended the National Kitchen and Bath Industry Conference in Chicago in the spring of 2006. He has supervised many projects large and small including construction of new homes, room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, building decks, etc. He is currently expanding Lakeland to include electrical contracting with a licensed electrician on staff. Nathan is certified as a Wastewater Treatment Operator for the state of Kentucky and attends professional development courses yearly.
Kim Kerr: Owner & V.P.
Kim works in the Lakeland office part time as the co-office manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and taught Special Education for several years before joining her family at Lakeland Enterprises. Kim recently passed the Kentucky Contractor’s, Business and law exam. Kim attended the National Kitchen and Bath Industry Conference in Chicago in the spring of 2006.
